Any one ever heard of Stiffie whips? If so where can I find them? Thanks
HA2
are these the metal ones that dont break?
Hustler
I'm not sure but some one told me they saw one last weekend and said it was way better than the standard whip thats why I'm trying to find some info on them.

I have 3 of the Stiffy whips... they are the larger diameter ones. Other than being larger diameter I can't immagine why they would be better than any other whip icon_confused.gif They are still fiberglass icon_wink.gif

Best whip I've found is at http://www.clickwhip.com
Bugsy
i have one, and it seems more sturdy, they have em in vendor row out in G. I paid 30.00 for mine, and its wired for a light and has the quick release

Yup the click whips are the best no wrenching just slip on and off. even got an extra base and installed in the truck bed so I can click one on when crusing to the hill

When you get a stiffy make sure you polish it real good laughing.gif

Also dont use any tools on your stiffy no woman will want to touch your stiffy if it's all scratched up

Having a stiffy is a good thing thumb.gif

I have a stiffy on all of my quads. Damn that doesn't sound good. Anyways bought them at Crazy Kevins they are quick release no tools. Makes putting whips on a snap. If you break one just pull it apart and re-assmeble. Great for kids.

Yep, I have 3 stiffies and really like them alot.

They are breakable, but they are definately stronger than most fiberglass whips.

Lucky
Great whips. I have them on all three quads.

Was it a black mast with red flag at Ogilby? icon_biggrin.gif I lost one there the week before Christmas... icon_mad.gif

(actually it was MY SON THAT LOST IT)

I use them on all my quads. They will break, but are thicker, and don't break as often, and when they do, are easier to get reworked and back in use. I buy mine at Krazy Kevin's too..Break the bolts often, but it gives us an excuse to go to vendors as the wife likes to ride the little dunes down that way.
Hustler
Thanks for all the input every one, does any know if Krazy Kevins has a web site? I did a seach for it but came up empty handed.
BeachHead
can't help you on the website...they are on vendors though...icon_smile.gif

GOT A STIFFIE ON MY PREDATOR icon_wink.gif 'if your stiffie becomes dull, feel free to polish the shaft in an up and down motion, not sideways. be sure to not use any tools on the shaft as it may damage it'
