If no internal motor mods are in the future for her bike, just do a slip-on (they make about as much power as a full pipe), remove the air box lid rejet. She will love the added power for little cost.

I've got a CT Sonic Raptor pipe, barely used, looks new.

Loved the power, but saw a fully polished SS system and had to have it.

Here's a pic of one.

worldwideperformance sells it for $525, I could let it go for $380.

Take the airbox lid off, rejet and you're all set!

That is a nice pipe. Offer him $350 shipped. He should sell it to you for less because of the nice guy in the PSD who pulled out his Duramax and Toyhauler stuck in the washes a couple years back icon_wink.gif

I wouldn't drop the price for Mike "the coolest, fastest.....rider, best looking, great guy, special person, who is always Duner of the Year "

but I would drop the price to $350 and bring it out to the golf tourney and install it for Paula "the sexiest lady on a Raptor" and a soda.

Paula/Mike, Don't forget to bring a good selection of jets out with you to rejet the carb, the pipe is gonna lean the carb out and I don't wanna see you burn up the engine!

Ill give you a tri tip.

So, are you gonna me out there steve?
Hazmaster
Mike, if Elenor doesn't have it yet, get a new air filter (K&N, Proflow, etc.) and save yourself the headache of rejetting twice. Just speaking from experience. The CT won the Rappy pipe shootout a few years ago...but it was LOUD. Good Luck. If you want a quick jetting reference, check out ATVconnection.com in the Yam. forum do a search for Raptor and CT.

She allready has the K&N set-up and it has the White bro's R-4 slip on the slip on is trashed. screen has a hole in it and the inards from the muffler are coming out thru it, no not the packing thats long gone I presume. so Im thinking the jetting will be pretty close .
