Start with the 180 and check you plugs after first couple of rides, make adjustments as necessary, better safe than sorry. For the pilot, adjusting the air screw will usually make up for one size bigger or smaller. If the bike likes running with the air screw almost all the way in or all the way out, change the pilot accordingly. Just my $.02

They told me at sea level the jets should be about 180 main 45 pilot but i mostly ride in elavation at around 1000 above sea level should i stay with 180 or go with a higher or lower main jet

OH and i got my bike back Finally i should have listened to some of you about pulling it out of that shop their workmanship seems to be good the their customer service and promises are horrible
