Never noticed this before, but...

I was changing the oil, and after I put a liter in, I checked with the dipstick, which was wet up to the level of x's on the cheesy little piece of plastic. On the side of the case, I saw a marking that said 1500 cc^3. Methinks this means 1.5 liters...I usually put a bottle and a quarter in, anyone got any suggestions as to how much I should be using?

Thanks in advance Notworthy.gif

1500 ml's or 1.5 liters. The side of your quart bottle should be graduated to 100ml's. I just filled mine with 1400ml's and it isn't showing on the dipstick after I run the bike for a few seconds. Off to suspensions unlimited for more silkolene I go.
