William Myers is headed for the dreaded 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (you know… that’s the black hole of environmental lawsuits and common sense).
He’s not well-liked by the Democrats. I don’t remember who it was you recently was quoted as saying (I think it was Lehy), he’s the “most anti-environment nominee.”
Feinstein, who voted against his judicial nomination, says this about him: "I met with William Myers and I found him to be an extremely polite and personable man. But I have serious reservations about whether he has the professional qualifications to serve on the 9th Circuit. I also have serious doubts about his ability to rule on cases, particularly environmental and land-use cases, in an impartial, even-handed way."
Talk about a hypocrite.
I don’t know much about him (yet) but this alone sure got my vote in his favor!

Jon Kerry is working on his next bid for presidency, and it looks like Feinstein or Boxer will be his VP candidate.
Kerry and Boxer have lately been co-chairing on quite a few committees, and working closer as a team than before.
Their pictures are constantly in the East coast press
Hell may just be a few years away folks......

William Myers will not be appointed. He was one of the nominees blocked by the Democrat fillibuster last term and will be again . . .

I sure as eff hope they don't nominate Kerry again. He's not half the villan you guys made him out to be, but he's not really presidentail material either. I doubt we'll see him in the national spotlight again...

yerp....I shudder to think what will happen to this country if there are enough people who vote that are stupid enough to pick her for president. My vote will not be cast for the opponent, but rather AGAINST that sad sad sad excuse for a human being.
Likewise mine last time. I Googled this Myers dude, but didn't find anything enthralling. Granted, I spent 5 minutes flipping through stuff...
