Slappy
Slap found hisself cruisin da badlands of Mother G gettin in touch with his spiritual side...(Da Badlands be a real scary part of Mother dat Slap only knows about [Wink] ). Anyways, Slap came upon this functified skeleton dat gave Slap some serious goosebumps...

Awhile back, KingGlamis mentioned somethin about Badgers livin out on Mother G, and most of us thought he was smokin Mr. Milkvetch...Well KG, you may be right...

Slap don't know what this be, but it ain't Ms. Fox or Mr. Coyote...Take a look at these pics, maybe somebody out there could fill us all in...

Notice da small tailbone and wide leg stance in da picture above...And notice da lower jaw and teeth on da pic below. Dat large toof dat you see is the lower toofus, not upper...

Anyways, Slap sure hope you can help figure out what this fella be...From da looks of him, Slap is goin with what KG said awhile back, a Badger...

Yeouch, that's one funky looking critter mummy there Slappy. Looks kind of weasely or ferretish to me but I'm far from an expert on little critters with sharp teeth.

But I do know from this website http://www.whatbadgerseat.com that Duff beer isn't very good for them [Smile]

All pictures of the American badger. The only pic I could find that shows the tail isn't great. It does look like a badger Slappy.

hey Slap, that does look like a badger. We ran across one a couple years back at Buttercup. NO, not literally. We were takin a break when I noticed somethin unusual scurrying across a dune. Well, we all jumped on our bikes to "check it out" Hah! He was one ****ed off little dude. Didn't like a bunch of quads circle'n around him I guess...It was pretty neat to see that though

Leave it up to Tres to wonder if it taste good or not...

That is weird. I wonder how many different types of badgers there are cuz if this one is a badger, it surely looks like it has a much longer thinner snout than the one in the pic. Almost looks like it has a longer neck if you look at the bones than what the pics of the live ones look to have too (which almost look like they have no neck at all).
You sure see some weird stuff in the dunes (won't even talk about sheep in garters and rotties in lingerie....LOL)
