This has been posted before, but I thought I would post it again to bring in the new year. I'm sure some of the newer members never got to read it, and it's one of my favorites, so here it is once again...

Here's my own rendition of the Eagles' Hotel California. It's best if you read it to the tune of Hotel California. I call it...
GLAMIS CALIFORNIA

On a dark desert highway

I had read this a while back, but had FORGOTTEN to post how fantastic I thought it was!!!! KG, There was a thread a few weeks ago about music that really reminded you of Mother G when you heard it. I never posted on the thread, but the Eagles 'Hotel California' is probably the song that reminds me most of Glamis. I guess that song must have had the same effect on some others. That song needs to be re-written now for sure

Slap remember that one KG, had Slap singin at the top of his lungs with Mrs. McDuner last night ...DAMN, Slap wished he could've turned off her microphone though ... "This ain't the chipmunks Christmas goin on pumpkinlips." Oh yea, she was reachin for da wrench after that comment.

i wrote "Slappyhood" and was told McScrapbook bound, but didnt see it at ssss. ohwell. maybe next year

Slap's got that sweet piece in the McScrappbook Sycho, but that book was made before yours was placed in there. That is volume 1 McScrappbook, and it was done before the 2002 show. Some serious tender loving care was put into that sweet thang . Slap's workin hard on some other stuff, like the online McScrappbook...So keep an eye out...

at work today "Hotel California" was playing on the radio and started slinging off the words to 'Glamis California' and got some wierd looks from the guys i was working with......haha

Right on.
