Sand shark's

. Sand skate 2s. I guess you know the diff? Strait are better for going racing up the hill, and v's are good for turning.

ITP are some of the best on the market that I have seen and ridden. Great turn with good hook up, its the best of both worlds

A little off topic but this post fits here. I saw some people running their paddles with the point of the "V" going forward. Opposite what I've always seen. Is that just a personal preference?
Was that clear? So the point hit and grabbed the sand first instead of the "mouth" of the 'V' grabbing first.

That, and also there is less traction that way. With the dunes so saturated this season, we don't need to get all the traction that the paddles provide. So they could have turned them around to give a little more spin.

I have riden a stock 450r with both sandstars and geckos. They both are good paddles. The sandstars grab more and have better tracton and the geckos dont grab like the sandstars, but they do spin alot more. I wold get the sandstars over all of the v paddles except the new sandskate 2's.

Bob and I are both running the ITP Sand Stars... think I'm running a 20" and he's running a 22" on the rear. I'll be going with the same ITP Sand Stars on the front... the ones with the dual ridges.
I had the Sand Skate IIs on the DS and have nothing bad to say about'm ...they are every bit as good on the rear
between those 2, I'd go with whatever is easier or cheaper to get... can't go wrong with either one

I got the 22" IPT sand stars on 11" wide wheels because it is the widest combination available.
