Very valid questions mike 330R, I have asked the same questions to myself ( before asking the ASA) and the more I researched the more I realized just how much time and effort by the loyal ASAers/ Volunteers, do for all of us duners.
I could go as far as saying; there would be no dunes at glamis for us to ride,
I could go as far as saying; there would be no hope for the Off road industry as we know it!,
Just as it say's
UNITE, INFORM AND MOBILIZE'
UNITE THE MASSES'
INFORM THE MASSES,
MOBILIZE AND CONQUER THE ENEMEY (OK I modified the last one )
Just the simple fact that the ASA and their legal team has been so sucessfull / with so little support from the other peers of our sport can tell one alot !!!
As far as the legal team ?,
If you know anybody that could have done as much or better to this point as the hubbard's team ? well then where were you 4 years ago !
I'm not trying to piss you off Mike330R, but legal matters and lawsuits in this case didnt happen overnight, day's, months, and they wont be settled overnight,,,,, either as I'm sure you know !!
Question ; If the ASA had the same amount of money as the CBD or the Sierra club to hire lawyers, would things be different now ?
Now theres an answer I would like to here !!!!!!.
