Okay heres a couple little ones. The oneof the Golf cart was just the begining. It ended up landing on its front tires.

This actually had a small gap in the middle and it was taken a bit early.

This was scanned in from a disposible camera my neighbors daughter took at choke cherry hill in Idaho year before last. Last day, last ride, last jump of a two week trip. My avatar was the first attempt. Much slower and I missed the grove at the top of the hill. I went around 80 feet on this last one.

I think SB thought this was his work vechicle. AKA 747

NEW WORLD RECORD FOR NATURAL TERRAIN CAR JUMP!

SOME GUYS WERE FILMING A DIRT BIKE VIDEO. SO WE WATCHED THEM
FOR A WHILE...THEN WE TOOK ARE TURN....

THIS JUMP HAS A PEFECT HIT TO AN UP HILL ROLLER, DROPS OFF
TO A DOWN SIDE ( LIKE A TABLE TOP JUMP, BUT HUGE! )

OUT OF THE 10+ TIMES JB HIT THIS HIS AVERAGE WAS OVER 130 FEET!
HE WALKED OUT TO THIS DISTANCE!

THEN ON THE LAST JUMP HE PINNED 4th. AND THIS WAS THE RESULT!

Okay, jumping those beautiful LT buggies is cool. If you're really brave, you try it in a no travel oldie. This is from Christmas in '02. We were just having a little fun seeing how far we could go in our antiques. Our friend, who had only been driving his buggy for less than a full season, asks "what gear are you in when you hit it?". Coobee says 3rd, but forgets to tell him that you're supposed to let off on the throttle. This is his 1st, and last, jump. I'm just under 6' tall and was standing on a slight rise when I took this picture.

The "Long Jump" is between Pads 3 & 4 about 3/4 of a mile in from Gecko road, but the wind in the last couple of years has blown the lip too sharp and it now sends you sky high instead of far. The farthest I ever flew off of it was just over 150 feet with about 15 feet of vertical air in my 1st Gen 3, hitting it in 4th gear; That one put an end to my big jumping days as upon landing, I compressed my lower back, bent the seat frame supports, and stretched the seat stringers in my Beard seats about 3" inward. I had hit that jump over 100 times without a hitch. Nowadays I don't think that getting "big air" is worth the pain for a few seconds of glory.

Hers's another old scanned photo of my Gen 2 getting about 14 feet of air coming out of a valley in 3rd gear over by Gecko campground. Can't figure out why my frame used to crack?

Brings new meaning to "Drive It Like You Stole It" Looks like a great time.

Its in here somewhere - and to me - its the biggest air I have ever seen.. He keeps that picture in his trailer to remind him of that day..

Was something like 40' verticle and I dont think anyone got the total distance cause they were running to help the guy..

Found it.. Still puts me in my place each time I see it..

I am sure someone else knows more than i do, but i am pretty sure he was unconcious and maybe a back injury, as far as the car goes i think he broke some suspension parts, and Tatum replaced them

Thats a Tatum boyz.... few repair back at the dunes the next weekend

it's amazing that he didn't kill himself.

He blacked out and did some damage, but he was back out the next trip as stated with the car.

He had just gotten a turbo on that car and spooled it on the launch ramp - the rest is seen in the picture. He wasnt ready for that 2 stroke hit..
