OK, I'm going to try and fix my over heating problem with a cool head.
Only have T5's and a K&N filter on for mods.
What size dome heads should I be looking at...
Also I'm assuming that the new head will come with a new head
gasket...
Thanks for any info...

There are all different size domes to choose from. Most people end up getting the 19cc or the 20cc domes. I believe 21cc is the same as stock. The new head will come with O-ring gaskets. It will have everything you will need (including longer studs for the thicker head).

Dont fix your cooling problem with a cool head. Buy the toomey radiator or prodesign readiator (i prefer the toomey). Doing it this way will insure that you will nvever have a heating problem. If you want more power, have your head milled down. Cost like 30-50$ depending on where you go.
This is just a better setup in my opinion.
just my 2 cents

My bike was overheating, and I went through the same process of elimination trying to figure out what was causing it, and it ended up being my head gasket. I went the milled head and new head gasket route, and haven't had a problem since. Either way should work, if the head gasket is his problem.
For the mods he has on his bike there is no reason he should need an aftermarket radiator to keep it from overheating.

To still answer your question, stick to a 21CC if you don't plan on running race gas. I run a 16, but I have a full ported, race gas only motor.

ROCK 46 is exactly right your basnshee should not be overheating in the first place. The only advantage to the cool head is the ability to change the domes, for instance if you were riding in different alltitues were the air is less dense and you need to bump the compression or if you were switching from gas to alcohol. I would look for the mian problem instead of trying to cover it up.

I agree I shouldn't be over-heating...
I already went the Bigger radiator route,
a toomey, also I am running engine ice,
STILL overheats...
Others on the board seem to think that I probably
have a bad head gasket. Cool head was just overkill
I just want it to run right...
Oh already had it dyno'ed also to dial in the jetting...
Thanks for the replies...
