Sold the beloved pinto last night.....first person to come look at it bought it. So do I have to change my name now?

Going to start on the next car....standard travel A-arm car (x-wide frame) for us big boys. Think I am going to go with the Fuel Injected 2.3l turbo motor...200hp stock should get me around for the first season. This is a ground up project that RacerX63 has offered to help with, I'm sure we won't be friends by the time it's all said an done

I could stand around and stupidvise if you like, good luck on your adventure, I built my last car from the ground up. it was fun, but I will never do it again.

That's the plan....baby steps though. going from a 4cyl beam car to a 4cyl turbo a-arm car......if nothing else it's going to be a great learning experience, and I might be able to make it to the top of patton if anyone else decided to get married

I never did....that is my ideal car but unfortunately my bank account doesn't agree at this point. I am thinking maybe a couple of seasons from now I will be a little better setup to buy one.

I am also hoping some of the independently wealthy members such as ripster and ian will start a fund for a tom pro car for me. The fund will be named "Fat kid who wants a small car fund". Feel free to donate....

There might be a used one up for sale here shortly. The owner is up grading and having another one built for him.
