A funny story... today all of us took turns sitting in the seats so we could work out the details of where everything needs to be positioned. It was all smiles among us as we sat in the car. I even made vroom vroom noises.
And Chuck says before the race we need to get in at least another 2000-3000 miles of practice driving in the desert. Or damn, sucks to be us.
As a lot of you know Cortni and I had to cancel our Idaho trip because of this race. But I'm not going to pass up the opportunity to race a $150,000+ real race buggy. No way, no how.
I have dreams every night of working on this car and getting it perfect for the race. I guess I'm a tad bit excited... ya think?
So anyway, if any of you have that week free and want to come cheer us on, that would be cool. The general location is about 200 miles north of Vegas.
