Just picked up this cart from Bonecrusher!! We love it!! It's like a little Jeep and will go up ANY hill....the only problem I've had was coming down 25bangin.gif Wont be doing that again unless I get front brakes....whew!!

Have to add a rear seat and a stereo....brake lights (anyone done this on an Ez-go?) and a few other things.... thumb.gif This was the ONLY cart I drove that had a front suspension that worked!! "The Lab" has a great setup if anyone else it looking for a front suspension. Don't have any of my own pics, but here's a couple Bonecrusher took.

Thats a cool little cart - how fast is it? The suspension looks great too, how does it handle?

I used my GPS and it topped out at 36mph on a slight downhill, turned it around and went back up and it slowed to 28mph (Two adults in it) icon_biggrin.gif . I'm real happy with the cart. The front suspension WORKS!! peace.gif I looked at a lot of lifted carts and this was the only one with "The Lab" suspension and the only one that I could actually compress. I'm going to hook up with the guy and see if I can sell his A-arm kits. Here's a couple more pics...I'll be doing some more stuff to it soon.

Damn, she's a beauty! icon_biggrin.gif

Good call hooking up with Paul. Once people get a taste of this a-arm setup, It'll start selling quick. The ease of install and performance can't be beat by the other setups I've seen.

Nope, not yet. That is one of the many changes I plan on making to this cart. The front is plush and really soaks things up, but then you have to roll over that same object with the rear and it's really lacking. I want to change it, I just haven't had time to research it yet....been working on getting it street legal and have some other projects keeping me busy! blink.gif
Walkntall
Here is The Labs matching rear suspension for your front end. It's jigged for the 23 Vanguard, but getting that Honda mounted in there shouldnt be too hard. This is my hot rod cart, I have this rear kit on it.

WalknTall,
Very nice cart!! I talked to Paul and let him know I wanted to carry his lifts on a new website I'm building. He's not making the kits right now, but said he's going to in the next couple weeks. They're great kids!! How is the rear suspension on your cart compared with stock? And how loud is that pipe? I want to change out the pipe on my cart to get the heat away from the plywood bottom of the seat. That thing gets pretty hot on a long ride. But I like how quite it is since I drive this cart on the street too.
Walkntall
I hope he's making the front ends I need more right now...

Difference between stock? About what you would expect, it's nice. Put the spring rate on that fits your driving style, 110lb springs if you carry rear passengers often. I have 110's on the back of mine and its a tad firm for a 2 seater, I'm swapping them out before I take it out again. The adjustable dampening is nice.

The pipe is frign loud, no 2 ways about it. It's manditory with all the hopups. Thats why I have the yellow cart with a stock 23 Briggs, for neighborhoods, campgrounds and beaches, etc.

TC, no the rear is stock, just 3 inch spacers for the wheels. I'm looking for a roll bar to work with the rear seat. I don't think I can get what I would like out of it so I might go haead and finish it, Seat belts, roll bar and green sticker.
