Back in the day, I used to polish my mag wheels using Semichrome (sp?) now I look at my rail and see the rims and other aluminum dulled.

Anything new out there that works better than Semichrome or Mothers?

Temporary Insanity
I got VERY tired of constantly polishing my wheels, it seems like a futile effort for 1 day of shine, so now I use an "aluminum brightener" spray; it doesn't shine like chrome, but looks like brand new "natural" aluminum. I actually like the look better, now that I'm used to it, and the best thing is that IT'S EASY!!, you just spray it on, let it sit for a minute, and hose it off. It is actually a very light etching acid, It DOES NOT hurt your wheels. You can get it at NAPA Auto Parts.

Here's the difference.

That looks like a decent alternative to polishing them after every trip. Thanks

What do you mean give him a buffer? It’s attached to his shoulder. laughing.gif
