Our duty as a member requires us to carry bags in our backpacks for trash we see in the dunes; we go out of our way to grab a cigarette butt and place it in our pocket; we pick up cans and bottles and place them in our coolers until no more can be filled; we notice and take action of caution tape tied to a bush; We work hard to clean abandoned fire pits filled with metals and glass. We walk our wash, pad, or flat before we leave with bag in hand. We are the keepers of Mother Glamis, and she is counting on us.

This is a mission destined for success; we shall dance the night away and feel good about what we are doing for her; through our eyes is the result of perfection. We will feel better than we’ve ever felt before when we leave from a trip. It’s a good feeling knowing you’ve put in some effort on your terms and your own time. Now remember, a little goes a looooooong way. Even if it’s just 1 cigarrette butt, make that effort, and it will work.

GOIN DEEP is currently recruiting members as well. This team specializes in mid week cleanings (Thurs and Fri) and will host meetings twice a month.

Thanks guys.. Please remember and keep your eyes open for meetings. I have sat and pondered the seriousness of something like this and plan to give it 100% of my attention from dragging a trailer all the way down to get the crap out if needed to providing signs with trash bags attached. No one will ever enter the GOIN DEEP washes and think "What a dump"..
Get your gloves and riding boots on or buggy up - as the rides there will be swift and sweet - but lots of work to follow.
Plus - those washes have all the best Mother G has to offer. Lizards, snakes, hawks, sandfood, and tons of flowers to keep our spirits full and up!!!

Hello fellow soldiers! Soon you will embark on a long and arduous mission. This mission is a vital one, for the whitecoats have enlisted many slobs to spoil the beauty of our wonderful Mother Glamis. As you venture out on your patrols, take an occasional glance over your shoulder, as I'll never be far away, ready to call in the reserves in case the whitecoats try to penetrate our lines. Solfugid here to keep an eye on our playing grounds. From where I sit, I can see it all and as we embark on our mission to clean Mother G I will be here to help you only as long as you help yourself. Caution, although I'm a cool, beautiful, well hung Solfugid I can bite when I'm provoked or upset. And trash is the one thing that upsets me. I dont want to live in your cans, bags, bottles, and other stuff so please haul it out just like you brought it.
