How do find out the new rules that are going in to effect at he imperial dunes this winter?

Good question, there won't be any new laws posted until 10-1-2002. I believe that is when they add news laws(rules), it is officially the beginning of a new duning season according to the BLM? Check www.americansandassociation.org, this is the best place for these things. Hopefully this helps.

You can check the California BLM website news section. The federal register notices are a good source to show what they are doing.
