There is one in Glamis that weekend.

make it for another weekend. I'm doin the Glamis run. others want to do both

There will be about 8 of us on quads over at buttercup that night.

I was out at Buttercup this past Saturday night.

Had a good time. Nice and quiet.

Ran the car for about 20 minutes until the return hose for the turbo oil lubrication somehow popped off and got caught up in the alternator belt.


Ooops.

Needless to say Walmart doesn't carry any belts, and Yuma Autozones close at midnight.

Oh well, ... Just finished up the beer and packed it back home...


The dunes were unusually rough in the low areas from all the Border Patrol traffic, but once you get up a little bit they're pristine...

Oh-yeah.......... And just to keep things interesting... I almost forgot these few things:

I may cruise out for a bit. Been looking for an excuse to make an evening trip out in the Manx. Amy has saturday off too so she may even be able to come along with me.

My rail is at that nasty point where it's more work to go back to N/A than to finish the Turbo and there isn't time to finish the Turbo by this weekend.

But the manx is always fun for a quick cruise.
