Jack
August 26, 2002 08:54 A.M. Domestic terrorist acts by extreme environmentalists and animal rights groups have increased since Sept. 11, 2001, reports Mother Jones magazine. Animal and Earth Liberation Fronts, for example, took credit for 137 "direct actions" in 2001, including arson, for $17 million in damage. The U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance, which tracks the groups, will introduce model legislation in every state to make eco-terror a separate, recognizable crime.
Sportsmen know all too well the power and dangers of extreme animal rights groups, said Alliance vice president Rick Story, who hopes the legislation will alert the public to the danger.
I personaly hope they pass the laws and make them the stictest ever on record. Life in prison or death. No kind of terror groups should be allowed to operate in the U.S.A.
I also hope thy pass laws that these groups that file the lawsuits on lying and false info that cost the tax payers millions of dollars. Give them LIFE and their families and associates have to repay the waisted tax money. America has no place for these kind. Get rid of them all.
