Speaking of Rep. Pastor, a friend of mine who lives in the west valley of Phoenix says that he is now in the 4nd district thanks to the recent redistricting of Az and the 2 new seats in the House. I am looking for a detailed map of the new boundries to see if I can find out exactly what part of the west valley is in the 4nd district.
