27 amps x 2 if you run them on the same circut and/or have them start at the same time. Often times your tuner can set the start on the fans to stager a few seconds so the drain on the system is not so much.

I think that sticker is misleading.
If you look it up on the SPAL website, you'll find the max current draw for each of their fans in a .pdf file.
On a slightly differrent note, I don't think bringing the fans on at different temps (different from a staggered start) is a good idea.
I had 1 out of 3 fans trip a breaker, and the other 2 fans did almost nothing. The reason was, air flows through the path of least resistance, and the path of least resistance was thru the other fan on the back of the shroud, not thru the radiator.
If you're going to do a scoop, try to make sure the opening is at least as large as the radiator and seals tight to the sides of the radiator, so air can't just go around it. The radiator has resistance to airflow, the open spaces around it don't.

I cant read the PDF file at home, but I know mine were almost 30 amps each on start up. After start up they went down to the teens.. The reason I know is cause I was BLOWING through my circut breaker the first few trips out with my car when I had all lights on and the fans kicked on..
Steve, Im not suggesting a stagger start based on temp.. only a delay in turning the second fan on. If only a few seconds thats all it takes..

What he said. I had two fans on a 30 amp circuit and it melted the fuse holder and
fuse into a nice little ball before blowing the fuse. Blew a nice steam ball out the back before noticing the guage at 250. whoops. Put each one on a 30 amp and worked perfect. Will have idiot lights along with the guages on my next car.

27 amps at start up... Running current will be about half that. But like others have said, you have to allow for the max.

i checked and the fan wiring kit from spal comes with a hella 40 amp relay, but it seems like i will be okay with a 30 amp realy on each fan.
