Just a word of Advice put Limit straps on your car.I'm friends with the guys at Kartek and they told me they see alot of broken shocks on people's cars that do not have limit straps.Cheap insurance to me

Great info and I will take you up on that advice!!!!!

I know 2 people that have broken shocks on there buggies so I really wanted them.I'm also going to buy wrist restraints also.There was another thread about this awhile back so I won't go into that point.

Actually, the basic engineering needed for the average buggy suspension requires that you know the top and bottom movement.

Any time the shock become the limit to movement, add a strap..

wes thought you didnt need limit straps if you jack up your car up off the ground, and the wheels can still spin freely?

According to the Guys at Kartek you should Never let the shock be the stop for the travel.I've seen 2 people break the shafts on the shocks from this.One front on an Alumicraft and one back on another car.
