First of all, How much do shops charge for a simple base coat and flame job? angryfire.gif

Second, How much paint would I need for a couple of base coats and a couple of clear coats? If anyone has done this at home, what is the total cost involved with paint, sand paper, body filler, hardener, flex addatives, etc.?

For good paint and supplies I'll guess at less than $200 but more than $100.

I have been told 400 for solid color, a little more for candy. It goes up from there with flames I am sure. That is in phoenix though.
