Well the last thread I started on this topic fizzled out fast. Mainly because I didnt get my car until late March and I just didnt really go out last season. Well this season I am going to record everything and try to take pics of it.

If anyone sees something out there worth sharing, please post the coordinate here. weither it be a jump, land mark, freaky lookin bush or rock, a huge bowl, another hill to play on. Lets see where you have been.

Any coords for Gordons?

I have one or two from a jump we found a couple years ago, when I get home I will try to find my GPS and post it. We go back every trip to see how it changes

I know of 2 more big hills deep in the dunes. Some others know of them, but a lot of others don't. I'll try and get some coordinates this year.

You're welcome to add your own points to it, even has an easy way to input coordinates by simply clicking on the map.

Final version will have a way to edit existing points, and download a GPX file into your GPS. Will probably also have a way so that members of the sites it's used on can keep their own private lists of coordinates...and maybe few other tricks I've been playing with

Bugsy, do you mean the small closure just south west of patton hill?

I quickly drew in the "no ride zone" with paint.

I can try to modify it to show more, is there one in Glamis too? I remember coming across some stakes, but not sure where they were.

is there a website or something where you can just download all the coordinates for glamis with one click on to your memory card instead of putting them in one coordinate at a time?

Depends on your GPS. I have Garmin's that use a USB cord and a download program to drop large data files. GPS files are often .GPX files so in many cases its just moving the file data over.
