Well.... let me be the 1st to sign your guest book!!
Shawn you have been one of the coolest guys to work with! You walked me through each and every feature that you saw fit me. We custom built my WW LE3905 to the Tee!! I couldn't love my trailer more than anyone else!! We use it ALL year long!! It spends the entire Summer up in Lake Havasu AZ, where temps reach over 120, and my trailer has YET to fail me!! Then in Glamis, its nice and warm and toasty!!
Thanks for the great deal, and for my 2nd home!!

Just want to say that Shawn was great to deal with. He got us what we wanted out of stock, and put the whole deal together through delivery in about 4 days (right in the middle of the SSSS). We were really in a pinch since we had just sold our previous hauler. There was no BS, no hard sell, no games (like with other salesman). If you want the Cadillac of toy haulers, Headinjury is the only guy to deal with.

When the toy hauler I ordered had a problem when it was delivered, Shawn went to bat for me and helped to get the issue resolved. The amazing part of this story is that I hadn't even ordered the coach from him. You can bet on my next purchase, I'll be giving Headinjury a call. Thanks again Shawn.

Going low budget until I get something done with the house.
Shawn took care of my father in law and my brother. When it came time to buy my own trailer, he was the first guy I called. Although I did not buy a WW, it wasn't because of him nor his price. He gave me a great price on a 23' SuperLite but in the end, it came down to my wife not liking the floor plan. When I'm ready to step up to a 5er, I'll be calling Shawn.(Hopefully very soon.)

When I had a customer @ the SSSS who needed a bigger trailer to put his new S/U in.. well personally I took him over to see Shawn.
That way -my S/U customer got his new trailer..from someone I trusted, who has always looked at my best interests first.. So Shawn got the deal. My new S/U family member is pleased all the way around.
Think HI owes me a dinner..

Hee hee.
Appreciate working with ya HI!

Shawn is a great guy and very helpful. I really appreciate the time you spent with me and my wife when we were shopping for our new coach. I don't know if I should say this or not but...Giant RV did not have what we were looking for but we still ended up calling him to make sure we were buying our new coach at the right price. It is hard to believe but he helped us buy our coach even though it wasn't from him. Our experience with the dealership that we bought from hasn't been the best. If we were to buy again we would buy from Shawn just for the sake of how helpful he is and how he gets things done.
I must say Shawn is one stand up guy!
Thanks again Shawn.

To all who have questions about Shawn...
We wanted to upgrade from ...another brand... and Shawn was recommended by a friend. Called on the phone and told him what I was looking for. Shawn was straight up no B.S.
We have a fantastic LE3505 that has over 3400 miles (local trips) since May 05.
Any presale, sale or post sale issue we had was quickly resolved by Shawn.
Great to deal with...
Now if he can get me the new style front and rear caps I will be in heaven.

Shawn,
Do you have any '08 triple slide 40/45 footers I can walk my wife through?
Nicely equipped?
The Next Levels and other brands look great that we've seen, and she'll take my word for it that the WW has a nicer floorplan and will haul more,, but I'd like her to see first what we're ordering in person before I write you the check, and let her make the final decision, and pick the colors and interior.
Whats the build time?
When is your slowest time?
What kind of warranty/service plan is offered?
Are their generator options, Onan, generac ect ect, not just KW but brand options?
Can we look at one without a saleperson badgering us?
Thanks.

Sean,
we just got home after our second weekend in our new CL45'. I can not begin to say thank you enough! Last weekend, we had Brennen and a friend as well as the baby, and there was so much room people were asking us where the dance floor was going to be. The tag trailer we still have can not even compare. I just want to say, YOU ARE THE MAN, and I am sure that pipelayer agrees with me on this as well.

We got in touch with Shawn after reading about him on GD. He gave us a much better price than our local dealer in Vegas. We wanted it ready in a short amount of time and he did everything possible to make it happen. We picked it up and he made sure any of our concerns and questions were handled before we left. It was nice dealing with someone who doesn't play the usual BS games. We love our new hauler and tell anyone we know who is looking for a trailer to go to him. Thanks again Shawn

Just want to send out a big thanks to Shawn and the Crew at Giant in Irvine. Everything turned out great and the process was easy and friendly (even the finance part which usually sucks).
We just did the walk-through on our 2008 CR3905. Jason's walk-through alone was worth the drive to Irvine.
These guys are great.
Shawn, tell Jason that my deadbolt is locked but if he needs one that bad there's a beer and cigarette in the front compartment
Thanks again.

You guys with big fancy trailers suck!!! Actually I'm just jealous. I gotta say though that my buying experience was completely painless through Shawn. The man will simply work hard and do what he has to do to sell a trailer, and be service-oriented at the same time. Going on my third season with my FK2100 and still havin' fun.

here some testomonials I found in the archives... these were from my old website glamiswarrior.com

This should be an interesting testimonial....
About 2 months ago we decided the slide in truck camper was too small for our family of 4 and went on the search for that ideal replacement. We started with diesel pushers and quickly decided the overhead and investment was more than we wanted for a rig that we off-road and take to Mexico.
So we switched over to looking at 5th wheel toy haulers.
At that time I hadn't seen that Shawn was back in the game and so we went out "blindly" shopping. And shopping we did. Shows, dealers in OC, dealers in Riverside, dealers in Fresno. All the time not quite sure where we wanted to end up as far as model and garage or no garage.
I then saw that Shawn was back and gave him a ring. From the first conversation I could tell that he was a guy that didn't mess around, new what he was talking about, and had our best interests in mind.
He referred me to Scott Faris in the Corona location. We set a time up to go see Scott and Shawn told me that he was only a few miles away from there on the weekend so to call him and he would come in to meet us.
Showed up and go to work with Scott and Shawn. They spent about 3-4 hours with my wife and family walking us through our decision process. We centered on a model that was going to be delivered the follow week and then go down to the numbers discussion. They put a solid number in front of us and we decided to circle back when the unit arrived.
With our new found clarity we decided to make another stop on the way back to the South Bay at a couple dealers off the 5 FWY. Let me tell you I lasted about 5 minutes with the salesman at the first dealer that helped us and had to leave. I knew 2x as much about the product as he did and couldn't understand why he was pushing a 32-ft 5th wheel on us when I told him it was at least 6 ft too short for what we needed. Next dealer was a Henry Ford special.... i.e. you want I Toy Hauler, we have this one and only one so if you want a garage we can do business. Left there in 5 minutes. Although the partly platform on the back of it would have been great when I was single in my 20's.
TestimonialThere is absolutely no comparison in the information and treatment that Shawn and Scott provided us during the time spent talking to us. Hands down these two gentleman are the best of the best I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle or toy. Bar none!!
Totally refreshing experience.
The unusual part is..... We ended up buying used from a private party. It was all about the investment at that point. For us and our situation it just worked out that way. But I had to come back on here to state that I for one will offer Shawn or Scott a personal referral and willingness to talk to any potential clients for their treatment and professionalism and knowledge of the product through and through.
We did keep it in the "family" though and got an MVP.

I know in a couple years, if not sooner, when were back to that pusher, Shawn will be that guy I call to get the deal going.
Shawn and Scott, thanks for the great experience and hopefully our paths will cross if not on the showroom in the desert.
