Are most people off on Veterans Day (Friday)? Is this a 3 day weekend?

seems to be about a 50/50 split ...how is the weather out there? I grew up in Illinois

It's cold 42 right now. That's why we are heading out your way. Plan to arrive Monday the 7th and stay for a week. Didn't realize it was Veterans Day until I read your post.

Bear Down and Mrs. Bear Down were just in your neck of the woods a few weeks ago for the football game.

Would love to camp at 13.5 but have to stay at Roadrunner because of the blacktop. I'm in a wheelchair and can't get around in the sand. We will plan to be at the flag pole Sat. We wil run over to 13.5 sometime Friday or you are in the Roadrunner area stop by. That goes for any of you guys on the board. Would be great to meet some of you. Just look for the white snowmobile trailer with Illinois plates. I'm sure we will be the only one!!

That'd be sweet! The Sox whooped up a good bit this season. As much of a Bears fan as I am... I headed south for baseball, was always a St. Louis fan. Growing up watching Ozzy play made me want to be a short black man that could do back flips
