I was without a car.....but rode in RacerX63's new JPDesigns car all weekend. Impressive car to say the least. Camped with a couple guys with some starter rails , that seemed to be cool guys.

yep, dats a good quick summery. i drank my usual soft drinks and water tho.

im glad we were able to make if, even a little later than hoped for and almost getting stuck trying to find a place to set up camp IT WAS PACKED! the dust really kind of sucked, but oh well. the costumes was great and the haunted trailer was the s***! cement head had a good time and liked 13.5 much better than hooker point even with the dust. sorry we blocked ya there beachead only pulled 2 rides but they was long, fast and fun. the sand was a little chopped up but still plenty rideable. todays ride was a scootin at times and my arms keep reminding me. we didnt leave till almost 5 and there were still peeps out there, lucky moofs! great weekend, thanks all!

I have to say that my weekend started off crappy but it got better. Even with my rear wheel passing me by.
Meet some new people and can't wait to get out again.

BTW, who was it that took a dive right outside of camp on the way in from the 9am ride yesterday?? he was riding a banshee and plowed that dirt mound hard. wanted to know how he is doing.....

alright, after seeing what he slammed into and having his bike on top of him(bansh88 was there picking the bike off him within 2 seconds of crashing) i wanted to know how was was. his left side tie-rod was bent to eff!

Got in late as planned, stayed up till about 3am riding, , makin camp. Woke up Fri a little "under the weather", between running last minute errands and getting loaded for the trip then driving out and stayin up late I was wooped, didn't really even start Friday until 3-4pm Great night riding Fri, Test hill was going nuts, saw 4-5 trucks stuck in Gordon's and surrounding areas just Fri. alone. Met SandZilla at the drags. (Good to meet you Clay ) Sat. met Screamin Ian, Lucky, and Sandratt and hung out for a few minutes at their camp, didn't stay long but good to put some faces to screen names and B.S. for a minute. Also met King Sand Cars, can't remember the name, sorry. More riding when it cooled off, Test hill an even bigger party than Fri. Got my first ride in an LT-V-8, WOW! Sat. afternoon rode to Buttercup and saw two more trucks busy getting stuck. Sat. night an awesome night ride, nearly ran two of our group's bikes out of gas. Two of the guys in our camp went to Pair a Dice in a golf cart and while on the way back with video cam in hand get passed by another golf cart, the driver tries to show off by trying to get the cart sideways in the gravel along the paved portion but doesn't get it to slide and rolls it!(the guys weren't hurt bad) The tape comes back to camp and we all watch it, total shock, then we find out today that the camera man accidently recorded over the footage. ARRRGH!! Another killer ride Sun. morning, I just couldn't get enough of my new quad (05 Raptor). Put 106 miles on it this weekend Packed by noon Sun. morning and headed out, had to stop for a minute because my bro-in-law got stuck. What an awesome weekend, my best G trip ever, too much fun.
Quicky facts...........
Even a Super Duty 4WD just trying to find camp can get stuck.
Two 40 yr old men and 2 teenagers in a golf cart is more fun than you can imagine, I didn't mean that the way it sounded though.
There are now about a million Rhinos out there cruising the dunes, not the deep dunes, but everywhere else, and I want one. Golf cart for sale 6K.!

Weather was great (little dusty around camp), Rail ran AWESOME and the Haunted Trailer was a HIT.
Great weekend to start the season....

Definitly a good time! Only got to spend 14 hours out there but we made the most of them. Pulled into camp around 9pm Saturday right as they were taking off for a ride. Tron had an empty seat and generously gave Ginny a ride. I through on my M. Jackson outfit, gassed up, and boogied out on the quad.

I couldnt believe how many people were at Olds, and they kept filing in until the hill was shut down. Would have made a good timed exposure. I never even noticed all the LEOs amassing at the south end of Olds. "WTF, where did all of them come from," I says to myself Perhaps you underestimated my sneakiness...
