This is still an issue and I have yet to see this brought up to the BLM or the ICSO. I guess it will take a couple more injuries and/or deaths before either of these two agencies take a break from revenue collection and actually go out and enforce a law.

Speeding on Wash Road, among other areas, is brought up at nearly every ISRDA TRT meeting. The last time being the one on October 12th. Each time the response is that the 15 MPH speed limit on there and around camps will be enforced.

I don't get to Wash Road very often, so I have no insight into how often the LEO's are there, or how bad it is. Gauging on what I've seen in the south dunes, I feel that speeding is something that needs some attention and will continue to mention it.

To me it falls right in there with reckless driving. I almost got hit 3 times in 4 hours this last weekend at Gordon's. No excuses for that type of irresponsible behavior and it needs to be dealt with.
