Preliminary Report - Halloween 2005 from BLM to TRT:

Approx. 115,000 visitation this weekend, last year it was 104,426 and in 2003 it was 62, 480 but it was in the middle of the week and the following week had 62, 041.

ICSO collected approx. $500,000 this weekend and it appears that when all the numbers come in there will be a increase of fees collected in Oct. over last year. Should have final numbers by the middle of Nov.

Litter tickets - Approx. 40 wrote by Federal Enforcement. They said that approx. 30 more were wrote by the Counties. That's a total of approx. 70 litter tickets wrote.

There was approx. 100 medicals, last year there was 117.
There were two fatalities, one in the South and one in the North Dunes.

I'd like to know the # of arrests, and see a break down in the citations. I saw non stop cites being written. Glass bottles, whips, lights, ect ect.

This is important, as the impression is that enforcement is non-existent. Would love to see the glass bottle thing be enforced without question.
