Have you heard about these DB test they are doing on public land? 96 Db from 24" away????? My stock Honda is louder than that. ANyone?

Yup, a buddy up in Hollister has been dealing with these. Most aftermarket "quiet core" pipes don't meet regs and neither do stock MX bikes. He had to get real inventive with a welder and his silancer core before he was able to pass.
