I dont know why nobody has posted this but here it goes, forgive me if any of it is inaccurate.

On Christmas along sand hwy near pad 2.5 an Orange Buckshot (not the 01 Gen. Lee) but almost the same, minus graffics was involved in an accident with a two wheeler riden by a young man 15 years old, the buggy attempted to avoid the bike at the last second but they still collided. The boy did not live. The driver of the buggy is from Michigan and I gathered no alcohol was involved, nor reckless driving. CHP/Imperial Co. and the coroners all were present. Although NO rangers were on duty at the time. Very sad.

I was sitting in camp and saw it from a distance and went over to the scene, very sad. I know the group from Michigan and they were crushed, the father of the boy came up right after the accident.

Sorry to post this.

Very sad, please pray for the family.

Hello, my name is Mike Przysiecki the father of the greatest kid on earth Kyle Przysiecki who unfortnately lost his life on Christmas Day, in a tragic buggy vs. dirt bike accident. I was not with my son at the time of the accident, I was sitting at camp when a very good friend of his came over and told me that Kyle was just ran over by a sandrail. I went immediately to the scene of the accident, and saw the long travel car sitting on its side, and my son's CRF450 several yards away I could not see my son at the time he was on the other side of a large bush with people trying to talk to him saying he was still breathing. We looked at him for broken bones, his left wrist looked broken he stopped breathing as far as I know, we slowly rolled him on his back took off his helmet slowly and administered CPR, for some time until other help came, one of the Rangers told me "this does not look good!", I told him "I know my son was allready no longer with us." EMS came administered IV and adreneline to my son and tried to revive him, I could not be there. The cornoure came and told me to go back to camp where he would talk to me later, we were camped at the begining of pad 2. We had only been there 3hours before, my son loved Glamis so much, he talked me into going out a day early, he wanted to ride his bike so bad. He loves Glamis so much he grew up there his whole life, all he dreamed of was Glamis and riding through the dunes.

To whom who knows our family, Mike, Kassi, and Kyle, you probably know us we are always parked at pad 2 or cement flats, and in the peice of s*** RV with the enclosed Dico trailer behind it, I drive the orange two seater Ford turbo charged nitrus rail, with Fred Flinstone that usually sits in the passenger side seat. I will never stop going out there and I have been there since 1973 and I will never stop going even after I cant drive anymore.

I posted this news yesterday in the "Sandrail Tech." sorry if that was the wrong place. Board guys move or delete if you would like.

I saw this accident and am still afected by it. I am so sad this happens where we all like to have fun.
Mike my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Iam a little confused, I saw the bike being loaded in a old Dunes trailer in the inner circle at Roader Runner. The guy there said it was his son that was killed.

Well, I guess it does not matter. It was a sad, sad Xmas day this year.

Mike & Kassy,

Dave, Travis and I are so sorry. Kyle was a great kid. I could not believe when I saw him last week for the first time in about a year.....he had grown about a foot!

You have to know that Kyle probably wouldn't have wanted it any other way. He left us doing what he LOVED to do. I'm sure he wants us all to know that. He'll always be out in Glamis with us every time we go.

Just know that we're here for you and love you. PLEASE let us know if we can do anything. Mike, call me if you just need to talk. (949) 235-6739 (Lori's cell).

We'll see you tonight.

All of our love,

Dave, Lori, Travis, Megan & Tyler

Kyle was a very sweet and fortunate young man. He had the opportunity to have two dads. The one another post mentioned at roadrunner loading the bike was his "second "dad.
Everyone that knows Kyle and the family is shocked and I for one could not keep from thinking about him the entire time I was riding this week. Our family has watched Kyle grow up and spent many Thanksgivings, Christmas and Birthday parties in Glamis with him.
Words can't explain that empty feeling,Our prayers are with you all, God Bless.

Mike, I was there with my 3 sons as they were working to save your boy....As a dad, my heart goes out to you.....I cant imagine the pain you must feel. Please take comfort that we are all mourning your loss, and it has effected us greatly, even not knowing you or your son, my prayers are with you and your family!!

DEAR MIKE AND FAMILY... ALL OUR PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS ARE WITH YOU AND THE FAMILY.. SO SORRY TO HEAR OF SUCH A TRAGEDY.

I am struggling for words also. I wish I would have grown up spending every other weekend in Glamis learning to ride like Kyle. I know riding was all Kyle wanted to do. I watched him ride and realized, I could ride forever and will never be that good! I was following his sister once, and saw this guy on a bike jump an entire dune... my jaw dropped. She turned around and said "that's by brother!" That was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. I encourage more people to post as I know Mike appreciates every one. Mike, remember that your friends, family, anyone that has read this page and all of our prayers are with you through your loss. If typed in correctly or copied & pasted, the long web address below should take you to a profile page that his sister has dedicated to Kyle.

My name is Angel and I am Kyle's mom. Please be patient with me because this isnt easy to type and Im not checking my spelling. From all of us we want to thank those that are posting comments and wishes, as well as good stories about Kyle. There is some confusion (understandably) about who his dad is. I was married to Mike Przysiecki and that is Kyle's dad. Although after our divorce we met Shannon Bargsten and he helped raise Kyle, so he is Kyle's step dad.
For those of you who didnt know him, he was a big lugg. Only 15 but 6'1" and size 15 mens shoe. He had such a great heart and always took care of the little kids at our camp. Shannon and I used to make jokes that everybody only camped with us because they had Kyle to babysit out there. He taught so many of them how to ride. Anyway friends of ours Chris and Lisa Anderson found an article written in a local paper out at Glamis about Kyle's death. The journalist wrote this......
"when is enough, enough. Why do parents subject their kids to such a dangerous sport."
WELL I HAVE A FEW WORDS FOR THIS IGNORANT JACKHOLE.......
How dare you seperate me from the mom who sits in a lawn chair at every one of her sons football games. Watching him get hit. And there are deaths in that sport as well. So you can take your little article and shove it up your AAAASSSS and I hope you get a nasty paper cut and infection. OF COUSE, we supported our son in what he loved to do. He has been going to Glamis since he was in my Belly. And he rode smart.
On another serious note. We are asking for your support and letters, not sure yet who to make them out to. But on Christmas Day when my son lost his life and died in his dad and step dads arms... the Ranger station was closed. Its a State Park and we pay to camp there. There were promises made when they started enforcing our camping fees. Please look at the back of your Annual pass. It promises maintenance and SAFTY.....Why were they closed on one of the busiest camping days.... Please help us with this fight. It might save another life. I have to remind myself to breath at times and I never want another parent to go thru this. Also when you post a comment on this site, some who know us, please put your names so we know who is posting.

Please do not hesitate to write or call if you want to help us with our fight to make the Dunes a safer place.

Angel

Thank you so much Angel, and Mike, and Shannon, for raising such a wonderful fellow duner.

And for your bravery... and strong words in this terrible time.

You already have my individual devotion, and the DUNERS organization will be behind you also. When you and your family are ready for the letters to begin, say the word.

In the meantime, hold each other close and know that you are all in our hearts and heads and that we are here to help keep you strong when you need it.

icon_sad.gif I'm sorry for your loss. As a parent it must be hard to have to bury your kid. Our thoughts are with you. I hate how reporters can twist things around. The boy obviously loved what he did. We all take risks, that's part of life. Live life to the fullest and have fun when you can. If people are always worried and never take a chance or have fun then they truly aren't living. Again, I am sorry for your loss, and I am glad to see you wont give up on doing what you guys loved best now that your son wont be there. He is up in heaven smiling down on you. 25biggrinangela.gif

Wow,, this is tough.

What a strong family. Our hearts and prayers go out to you. It is a couple weeks away for me to be back out in the sand, but believe me, The top of a nice quiet dune will be found to sit and give it up to Kyle.

Last year was the first of our son on his own quad, and you worry that at any time an accident can happen, but, as you said, If you are not doin' what you love to do, then you aren't really livin'.

And to the guy that wrote the article you talked about,, Karma can be a very bad thing!

To Shannon, Cassie, Angel, Mike, and everyone else that was family or friends of Kyle's:

We have been going to Glamis with Kyle for the longest time. We basically grew up together out there. Ryan was one of his best friends and he loved to go riding with Kyle. We have some of the best memories out at Glamis with him. He was like a brother, and while we will miss him so much, we will enjoy the memories everytime we go to Glamis. It will never be the same without him, but we will keep riding as if he is right next to us, keep the good times going as if he was sitting right beside us, keep laughing as if he is laughing with us, keep smiling at him as if he was smiling right back. And we will keep living life to the fullest, as he would want us to do. Of anything this only will make all of us stronger, and realize that life is too short to waste. We did not loose Kyle, he is just onto bigger and better things up in heaven. He probably hasnt got off his bike since he got there. And one day we will all be reunited with him riding with him again.

We love you guys and are here for you always.

Bruce, Suzie, Kel, Sam, and Ryan
