CALL TRINITY ,THEY HAVE IT ALL IN THERE COMPUTER THEY WILL TELL YOU NEEDEL SIZE PILOT JET SIZE AND A GOOD IDEA ON THE MAIN THEY WILL ALSO SEND YOU A JETTING INSTRUCTIONS PAPER FALLOW THERE ADVICE AND YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO . THATS HOW I DID MINE .
DUNE DEMON
START WITH THE STOCK NEEDLE WITH THE CLIP IN THE CENTER GO TO A 30 ON THE PILOT JET AND START WITH A 290 MAIN DO ATHROTTLE CHOP AND CHECK YOUR PLUGS AND GO FROM THERE.
BaNsHeE350
might need slighty fatter jets than 290's with clamp ons....I'd try a 300 and go from there....My guess up from there...
DUNE DEMON
I HAVE K&N'S AND I USED TO RUN A 290 WITH MY BIKE, BUT HAVE SINCE CHANGED PIPES AGAIN AND NEEDED TO GO TO EVEN BIGGER CARBS

You need to start at least a 320 and go from there. With porting and whatnot... i would give Trinity a call though...

AZ_Banshee
Definitely start with at least a 320 and test it from there.
