Hey Pete, I have the helmet mount HID and would like to do the hell cat system on the handle bars. How do these work on a 2 stroke? Is there a lot involved wiring them in with a high output stator or can it be set up with the battery pack. PM me a price when you have a chance. Also pm me a price on a 36" led light bar. Thanks.

Hi 1tonfun, I would run the Rigid Dually D2 over the HellCat. Way brighter. I'll have to check on the wiring on that for you.

Don't remember the exact measurement, it's for my son's car. I will have to run to his shop and get the measurement this weekend.

On the handle bar lights, I would prefer to run a battery operated system rather than have to worry about adding a rectifier and battery to the bike. Let me know what you come up with.

I've seen your piece of shit lights. Saw them years ago on someones head while up north. Thought it was cool with the transparent housing but that's about it. What about it? Ya they are fairly bright for halogens. But they were not as bright as what NiteRider had back then so they arn't going to be as bright as any of the LEDs they have now. Shall I prove it? Tell me where to buy them and we will all see.

I remember some dude back in the early 90's had helmet mounted lights.
We saw him at comp and olds one night. It was weird to watch him look around when he was riding.. From a distance it looked like he was changing directions all erratic. We ended up talking with him and it wasn't just lights on his helmet.
He had two little side lights on booms like a mic (IIRC) that told him what direction he was going E,S,W.N. S.E., N.E. etccc.. by different color combos..
Anybody hear of something like that?
