There has been alot of talk as to what is inside shocks so i hadto revalve mine. I just took some pictures for everybody to see.

What size shims did you have and what size are the new ones?
Make sure the towell did not place ANY lint on the shim stack, piston seal etc....You want those parts as clean as possible!

I used them in the Cleanroom when I was 19, now I use them to wipe down all of our Spinal Implants after I ultrasonically clean them.
The towels were there to just lay parts on, not to clean anything.
The new valve stack said it was a .020, i don't know what the old ones were.
But it does make a diff now on the back of the car. Not so springy now
