Does any one have any info on the V-twin Kawi is producing? My neighbor is a sheet metal guy and is making brakets for a pipe shop that is testing one. He thinks its a 700cc auto clutch.
I havent checked the board in a while, so I could be way behind times. Let me know.

Wow. :ohwell:

Yeah, he's right. It's out, V-Force 700.

I just saw one at the dealer in Temecula. What a monster. Salesmen said it was over 600 lbs dry. Automatic, with shaft drive, weird Orange color. Weird bike in general, lots of plastic and rubber hoses. Nice sound though from the v twin.

salesman was wrong about weight (gee, what a surprise), 516 lbs dry, you can see it now at kawasaki.com

There was one at olds 2 weeks ago, since it has EFI it doesnt have a fuel petcock IE no reserve, the owner told me the check gas light came on and he thought it meant he was low, it turns out it meant EMPTY, he was scronging gas to get him back to camp :dozey:
Kevin
the bombardier DS 650 weighs 550lbs wet, so that kawi isnt much heavier. all the reviews of it have been really positive.
Kevin
um dirt wheels, atv sport, 4 wheel atv action all had test of the v-twin kawi already.
