I am looking for a foam filled fuel cell with the following dimensions...
Length max 45"
Width max 10"
Height (depth) max 13"
I know there is debate about which material to use for off road applications. I would really prefer a poly cell so I don't have to worry about an aluminum cell cracking, but I haven't been able to find a poly tank that is bigger than 10 gallons that will fit in the space I have. RCI makes a nice aluminum one that would be perfict, but I don't want to have to repair/replace it when/if it cracks. What should I do? A spun tank is out of the question for sure.

You might check with some of the fuel tank mfg and see if they can install a rubber bladder in the alum tank with foam.

I found this guy on ebay while searching a while back for fuel cells...he seems to make anything you want; I haven't dealt with him, but just saw his add one night.

I would say that dealing with the breakdown of the foam with age would be more problematic than an al. fuel tank. I have a tank from Ag sandcars and it leaked at a few seams, but reparing it was easy. Placing a rubber bladder in side as stated above would be the optimal solution.

Couple of different types of "Fuel Cells."
Different from "Fuel Tanks."
The Poyethylene cell is most common like in JEGS, JAZ and SUMMIT. The fiberglass bladder type like Fuel Safe, ATL is waay more expensive. They are usually filed with foam for slosh and safety. These are then paced in a steel or aluminum container. Never heard of an aluminum cell.
Then there's "Fuel Tanks." These have no foam , only baffles. Like the current under seat types in most buggies.
Which do you need?

Is this what you're looking for since you said ,"Aluminum?"
