I understand that it helps the sloshing of the fuel in the tank, but just how important is it in the tank. Are you guys having any issues with it breaking up into small parts that eventually clog up your filters?

Fuel cel rated foam shouldn't break up.. Cheap upholstery foam will.. blury.gif

what about just putting baffles in the tank so it cant slosh?
HI turtle
I've been running mine for three seasons and no problems with the foam breaking down. It kind of feels like plastic rather than foam, so I don't think it would break down at all.

We run foam in the race car also. Works great. The only ones that seem to have an issue with the foam breaking up is the guys that run alcohol. They use wiffle balls in the tank to act as baffles.

Does it take alot longer to fill the tank with a foam cell?
