The OHMVR grant proposals are just about ready to go. Yes, we can get some of our money back but unless we help the BLM, they'll use their own imaginations. I'd rather see us get what we want. Take control. Here's what I posted on the DUNERS BBS:

QUOTE
As was discussed during the last meeting, there will be another public meeting on April 9th to discuss this year's OHMVR grants.

The BLM is still working on them so we do not have them in our hands yet. Monday is the ETA, Wednesday is the meeting. Looks like we'll be discussing these grants while they are in our hands at the meeting. That may not be such a bad thing, especially since I was assured the BLM will be willing to attend any meetings we may schedule to discuss these grants.

They have to be submitted to the OHMVR May 15th, which will leave us a little over a month to get the word out.

The meeting on the 9th is another open house forum, with the doors opening at 3 and closing at 9. I won't make it until about 6:30. It will be at the new office again in Moreno Valley, 22835 Calle San Juan De Los Lagos, Moreno Valley, Calif. 92553

Hope to see a bunch of you there!

DUNERS will be scheduling a series of meetings to discuss several issues, including the grant proposals. Please let me know if you're interested.
