I'm curious what everyone would vote as the top three best looking buggies in their opinion? For the purposes of this thread, please go with LOOKS ONLY. Don't factor in anything else, like if you do or may own one, if you can or can't afford one, if your buddies own them, customer service, quality, etc. None of that matters when discussing looks only. I'm also talking mainly about production rails, not so much one off "WOW" cars like the super expensive Jeff Davis-bodied car that was at the last sand show. But if you want to vote for a wow car go for it. I just don't usually consider those on my wish list.
For me this is really hard to narrow it down to three choices. Because there are probably 50+ different models of cars out there that I absolutely would love to own.
But... I managed to put together three that represent my favorites today (these could change tomorrow when company XYZ comes out with something cool).
Pics are below. Tops on my list is Alumi Craft, specifically the style shown below (Mike's old car). I absolutely love that car. Second would be the Funco Hustler Gen III. I'm not even sure if they still make this model although it is still listed on their website as a current model. I love two-seaters and this one is surely more stylish than most (I like it a lot better than the newer, more boxy two-seater that they make). Third would be Racer Sand Cars. Although they have a few different body styles, most are fairly similar. The one below is probably my favorite. I like the 3D touches (scoops) rather than just flat side panels and hood.
There are many others that come in very close, but these are my top choices.
What are yours?

I dont think there is a better looking car than the SU 2 seat mid engine. That car just looks bad ass. PWR MAD has a picture of it above.
I think the SCU little Brother then the Funco Hustler followed by the Allstar.
To me, many of the cars today just look heavy and awkward, they dont look like the would even be fun to drive...I said they look that way...not that they arent...
But the cars I mentioned above, look fun and in the case of the SU, it just looks like it is hauling ass standing still...definetly tops in my book.

Good topic!
I like the Allstar, the Racer and the Alumicraft 2 seater. They're all 3 very similar in looks.
There are a lot more that I like the looks of, but those 3 certainly are at or near the top!

My latest car(Amplified) will get a face lift and some added tin work over the summer if I decide to keep it around .....love the Danzio LS1 twin turbo/S4 combo!!! Less blingin, but more sandslingin

My fave is actually Aceco. I think that the inboard shocks really smooth the body lines and the cage profile has very nice, asthetically clean lines. Nothing looks slapped on afterwards. Braces and tubing is minimal and in the right places.

My fave is the ACECO. I think that the in-board shocks really make it look "integrated" or completely thought out. It cleans up the sides alot. And I like the upper cage lines. Very asthetically pleasing.
The bracing seems to be well thought out, no mis-placed braces or too many that don't do something.
