I know how you feel Slap. I was at the Escos' one night and thought I was using some innocent looking hot sauce. It was in a commercially made bottle labelled "Padres Hot Sauce". Stupid me, I thought that's what it was. After surviving the three alarm fire in my mouth I was told Esco had washed out the Padres Hot Sauce bottle after it was gone and filled it with pureed habaneros.

I found the perfect way to survive Esco's Hot stuff. Be very well hydrated and make sure to have spare hydration handy to put out the ensuing fire that will certainly be following...
