7 hour hmmm, yeah from my house it takes 2+ hours to the airport, then the return trip... you do the math. Beside you didn't bother to call till you were about there... Change the tires, hell that's easy even a monkey knows their directional, you forget everytime..
I remember you telling everyone that you have to change them out twice when you are going somewhere different....
Chiquita
Apr 25 2006, 10:07 AM
ooooh, looks like someone has to read the manual.....
Dirt Girl
Apr 25 2006, 10:07 AM
That happened one time

And I was rushing switching all my stuff...you know when you change your own oil, clean your air filter and all that, it's time consuming...not that you would know anything about that

Well I'm happy just the way I am. I'd rather do the maintenance on my bike and be on my own than get married so someone can do it for me.
I like my freedom. No one ever bitches at me for too much anything out in G

Yup, husbands are great to have... Of course I can get my other daddy (EZrider) to help me.... And then there are all the other guys that would help in a minute.... Always nice to have a helping hand offered, needed or not

Self accomplishment is a much better feeling than watching some guy work on your bike because you just plain can't do it

I can do anything I want.... If I wanted to do the maintenance on my bike I'd add that to my list of the things I do for myself when going to Glamis. I am fully self sufficient when going to the dunes. I don't require any assistance for my trips.

No problem. Dad taught me to change oil, check tires, change tires, do everything myself. I even know how to switch out an engine and tranny in a car. Have my own overalls. Have no problem gettin dirty. Show me a chevy engine and I'm all over it.
