Good fights last night. Wish there were more of them. Now I am ready to see Shamrock get his head pounded again, by Ortiz.

I used to like Shamrock, but after watching this last Ultimate Fighter series, my loyalties have changed.

Well, I’m off. My Wife’s Dad and step Mom are up from Sierra Vista for a visit. We are taking them to the Ahwahnee Hotel, in the Yosemite National Park, for brunch.

If any of you ever make it up this way, besides coming to visit us, you have got to do this Bruch. It is a gourmet buffet in the most beautiful spot on earth. You have to plan it for about 10:45, that way you get all of the breakfast food, then at 11:00 they start to bring out some lunch type stuff and then at about 11:15 they add some desserts.

I can not agree with you more Sick Dayz IMHO Shamrock is just all talk and acting like a little biotch.I think Ortiz did a outstanding job TRAINING the fighters and earned much respect ,he went in there and did what he was suspose to do and not worry about being the caoptain of the ship,after all who in their right mine brings in a weight lifter to train UFC fighters

I feel sorry for the fighters on Shamrocks team because they missed out on a opertunety to receive some of the best training around and Shamrock screwed them by being a self centered jerk O.K. I'll get off my

agree 100%... Out of all the fighters I have met, he is the only one I would call an A-hole.. When he was over in Japan the time I was there, he would walk around like he was God himself or something. All the other fighters were very down to earth. If I get a chance sometime I will scan the pictures I took of him at the after party after Don Frye pounded on his head for 15 minutes straight. his whole head was full of welts..

It has the new ceramic coated needle bearing turbo on it.. They say it spins up 50% quicker.. That is how they got 530 HP out of it. It is the new T3/5 hybrid they just came out with.
