Anyone have this problem yet, or am I the lone wolf???
On my 8th trip to GLamis (only place its been) with my 01' Raptor the left rear axle nut came off, wheel passed me up. The hub and axle splins are completly stripped away.
I take very good care of my Quad and no for a fact that the cotter pin was OK before the ride and the 'castle'/axle nut was in it's orginal position from the factory (paint marks were lined up).
Now the Dealer tells me it's my responsiblity to make sure all nuts/bolts are properly torqued before each ride... I have the extended warranty, blah, blah, blah... :x

My last ride, I went off a jump and my rear tire went flying by me. The castle nut had worked its way loose and the cotter pin got sheered off. The splines on the hub and axles are all chewed up. It is an 02 Raptor. I am now looking for an aftermarket axle and billet hubs.
