Anyone here know of a good yard maintenance business? I just don't have time to maintain the yard. Plus I hate doing it anyways so I keep putting it off. The last guy we had doing it was a flake. Was great to come home to a nice cut lawn though.

I think this would be a cool job if the lawn could be mowed with a riding mower

With the dogs hunting for gofers in the back that could be a dangerous ride. 70.gif

Damn that picture is funny.

It's pretty much a garantee to kill them that way. Kinda crazy when you find a big den. You get lots of smoke coming up from the grass.

hahaha....my dad used to let an old ATC 185 idle for hours in our backyard like that!
LovesDunes
My neighbor was using his lawnmower. I prefer to use the truck as is really dumps the fumes in quick. Add that with a few gopher bombs abd you can smoke out the biggest of gopher dens.

Ive been trying to keep up with our yard and it aint easy.. Fully planted acre is a real bitch.. Im thinking painted concrete in my future..

Best bet to find someone is to keep your eyes out around your hood. If you seen some peeps doing some work and it looks good, talk to the homeowner about if they are happy or not. Then solicit the people doing the work to work your yard.
LovesDunes
It's a total pain to keep up with it all. By the time I do all that I have no time to do anything else.

I will keep an eye out for peoples yards in my hood. Thanks for the tip.

Just go to home depot. Cheap labor there.

I can hook you up with my landscaper........

I'm thinking the commute would cut into his profits. Thanks though.

You're probably better off, he costs me way more than a real landscaper and I have to put up with his whining laughing.gif

My boss planted orange trees on the back part of his property and really had troubles with gophers untill he bought the rodentator. Its to much fun.

Wow I thought that was a spoof. But they really sell that stuff. But for $1800.00 I'll have to stick with my $40.00 gas chamber.
