i was wondering if i was the only person to have fender problems. the screw that links the fender to the chassis keeps coming loose and falling out i am wondering if it has anything to do with the ride home on the flat bed or if it was vibrating loose on the rides any info would be nice[/b]

I actually lost one on mine and now a zip-tie holds it in place. Loc-tight should do the trick on keeping it in place though. Have you had any issues with the side pieces (by the tank)?

yes i have but sice zip tie cam into action no more problems

I'll have to try that. One of the techs at Bert's told me about the tape (can't remember the name) that they use on the plastics by the pipe should hold the pieces together and keep them from popping out.

The rear fender set up on the Z/KFX 400's are crapola. The best fix is get a set of full bore plastics.

Cheap fix..... THREAD LOCK!
