I just purchased a 2005 TRX 450R with the following engine upgrades:
VCP HammerHead 12:25:1 Piston Stock Bore
40MM FCR Carb /w TPS
Kibble White Valve Springs
Kibble White Valves
HRC Powerup Kit /w HRC Cam
K&N Filter
Dynatek FS CDI
Titanium HPC Coated Yoshimura TRS Pipe
Venom-KBR PORT/POLISH

Can someone please help me with the jetting for this setup. It was setup for around 6000 ft, and I live and ride at around 1500 ft. I believe the current main jet is a 165 and do not know (yet what the pilot and needle specs are).

I have a similar set-up at sea level I run a 185 main, 52 pilot, about 2.5 to 3 turns out and needle is set in the middle. When I run at Sand Mountain I drop the main to 180 and turn pilot screw in 1/2 turn. Sorry i do not have a better answer but hopefully it helps a little.
