I went to order seamless stainless brake line and it is available in .028 & .035 wall thickness. All the street rod shops that I have found online only sell the .028 which is a lot cheaper than the .035. I would assume that the .028 is more than enough for a rail but I thought I would ask.

We use .020 and it works fine

the thinner the better, stainless can be a bitch to flare

I use, and sell, .028. You can hardly flair .035. .028 has plenty of burst strength. Steve
