Two weeks ago Brad and the kids and I took off for Utah for his family reunion. Kids had fun. We got to stop and visit Mark and Justine the family who bought our 5th wheel. Great to see then. Hope to see them out at Glamis next season.

My parents picked the kids and I up in Utah and we headed off for Montana. Brad had to go back and work. Spent a week in Kalispell Montana. I love it up there. We were there to bury my Grandma Onie who passed away from cancer in April. Put her in her final resting spot. I bought a family plot while I was there. Want to be in Montana and next to my family. Kind of weird but it is all taken care of now.

On our trip with me and the kids in Mom and Dad's motorhome, we went to Glacier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, the Grand Tetons, and a nice camp ground in Duck Creek Utah.

Was nice to be back up in Montana. I felt at home up there.

Went to a little country bar in Montana. My uncle in in a band that played there. People rode up to the bar on quads and even rhinos. Saw a deer while sitting out back talkin to Scat. Some guy donated his fake leg to the bar when he died. It was great. It was hanging on the wall. Had some guy my grandpa's age ask me to dance. Had to tell him no. Felt bad

Wonderful pics Amy. I've been wanting to go back to Montana to visit for quite a while now. I lived in West Yellowstone, MT for several years as a teenager. Haven't been back to visit since 94'. All of my friends I grew up with have moved out of the area unfortunately.

What awesome pictures! Looks like everyone had a great time. I would love to make a trip like that in the motorhome. We used to do that when I was a kid and it was a lot of fun.

It was nice to be back in Montana. I haven't lived there for 30 years this summer but it still felt like home.

I walked into the VFW one afternoon just because that was my dad's old hangout. I didn't get 20 feet inside the place and a voice from the back of the room calls my name and asks what the hell drug me back to Montana. I don't recognize the voice so I ask who it is, he answers, "Hell you and I took turns kicking each others ass over the back seat on the school bus since first grade". Hadn't seen Jerry since we graduated high school. Damned the poor bugger looked old! I was careful not to look into the mirror. Within an hour there were five other guys we used to hang with in the place.

Yes sir I'm still a redneck and that place will always be home for me.
Bought a small piece of ground there with a beautiful view of the mountains,
right next to the rest of my family.

Allways dance with old guys.. Never hurts, and you might get in his will..

Thanks guys. I just love it up there so much. I need to win the lotto. Montana's lakes and outdoors by summer and SoCal for winter with Glamis. That would be the life.
