At the TRT Meeting on July 28, the BLM said they would be posting for Seasonal Park Rangers. Here's a follow up email I got from Neil Hamada:

The announcement for Imperial Sand Dunes seasonal park rangers will be announced again, probably on Wednesday (Aug. 9th). The application period will only be open for a few days, so if you know anyone who is interested, tell them to take a look at www.usajobs.opm.gov

Seasonal is the easiest way into the system. Anyone wanting a foot in the door to become a Ranger, this is a good way. Not just for ISDRA or the federal system. Paid experience is what employers look for. Seasonals usually need no experience at all. Mostly manual work and cleanup. Help with patrols and checkpoints.
