ANAHEIM, Calif. -- A Los Angeles County sheriff's deputy died on the Riverside (91) Freeway Friday when his car collided with a cement hauler, possibly after hitting a stove that somehow ended up on the roadway, authorities said.

Some guy stole an appliance from somewhere and while on the freeway it fell off his truck and the deputy tried to avoid it and was struck and killed by a Tractor/Trailer.

This stuff really gets to me. Tragic.

They caught the person that dropped the stove and he was charged with the officers death and receiving stolen property. He still had several stolen appliances in the truck when he was caught.

Man, if it's your time it's your time. Doesnt get much crazier than that.
